Whether in KS3, KS4 or KS5 I can help with your Mathematics and Physics. In a class of 30 at school, it is often difficult to receive the one-to-one support that is needed in order to maximise a student’s potential; having a tutor alongside the work students do at school can drastically improve their chances of success. I deliver sessions which are engaging and develop an interest in the subjects, whilst also consistently working towards the end goal of achieving success in exams. As a qualified teacher I know what is expected of students to achieve these qualifications, so am able to get the best out of them.
The structure of the sessions are flexible and are something I adapt for each person. These sessions can be based on topics that the student is currently working on at school or college, or they can be tailored to the student’s needs based on what they feel they need the most work on. Sessions can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or an hour long and can be one-on-one or in groups. Group sessions may be useful if the student has a friend they would like to come along with and if you would like a discounted price (see prices section for more details).
